Yes, we would love for all guests to stay at the resort to ensure you can partake in all the wedding related activities with ease. The resort is a "closed" site meaning those that stay elsewhere will only have access to the resort 30 minutes before the wedding and have to leave 30 minutes after it ends. All of our events, including the Welcome Party on Thursday, will be hosted onsite and we want you to be there!
Yes! Under the "Travel" tab there are complete instructions with a link that must be used when booking your reservation. If you are wanting to make other hotel accommodations outside of staying at Pueblo Bonito please contact us before doing so.
The sooner the better, especially for booking your travel accommodations! We recommend booking your room and RSVP'ing as soon as you know you will be joining us. There are a set amount of rooms reserved for our guests and the resort does sell out during this time of year. RSVP's are due by October 17th, 2025 and rooms cannot be booked after November 6th, 2025.
Yes, you must book a 3 night minimum and the room block is for Thursday-Sunday. If you wish to stay longer, the room rate discount is good for three days before and three days after our block.
No! We recommend booking your flight separately through your preferred airline or however you feel most comfortable.
Yes, when reserving the hotel rooms the price includes food and beverage for all guests staying at the resort for the duration of your stay. You must include / book all guest names in the reservation for them to have access to the all inclusive package.
At this time we are only able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation / website RSVP. However, we want all of our guests to be able to travel and enjoy themselves so please reach out to us if needed.
Jordan is going to create a travel & hotel guide with recommendations on restaurants, getting around the resort, how to navigate the airport, how all inclusive works, etc.. So stay tuned for that to come!
