We recommend staying at Big Sur River Inn, Big Sur Lodge or Big Sur Campground & Cabins. We will have a shuttle picking up and dropping off from all 3 locations.
If you would like to stay at any other hotel, you will have to be dropped off at the venue or drive to either hotel to be picked up by the shuttle. We are required to save parking for the vendors. Ubers very rarely pass through Big Sur, and cell service is spotty.
For Big Sur River Inn, we were able to get the last 5 rooms blocked off. These rooms are blocked for 7/18-7/20, and each room has 1 queen bed. To book these rooms, you'll have to call the Big Sur River Inn at 831-667-2700 and let them know that you'd like to book a room on hold under Nicholas Garcia.
We highly recommend booking at any of these 3 hotels as soon as possible. Big Sur hotels fill up early and fast for the summer. We would be really bummed to not have all of our loved ones close by, so please make sure to book your hotel soon.

They have a handful of wonderful cabins with the same amenities as a hotel. For the shuttle pick up, anyone staying here will have to cross a short bridge over the river, walk through The Village and make your way to the Big Sur River Inn for pick up.
