Answer

We invite you to RSVP online here on our website, under the "RSVP" tab

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 5th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date, we cannot guarantee you a seat

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we can't justify plus ones. Any additional guests have been identified in each invitation. If you have further questions/would like to discuss, please reach out to us at @saulandemmamaldonado@gmail.com!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes! Children have been included in family invitations. Kid-friendly food options and activities will be available

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The ceremony and reception spaces are all on the ground floor, and are connected to provide a cohesive transition between events. Directional signage will also be available to help guests find their way

Question

Is there parking available near the venue?

Answer

Yes, guests are able to park in the resort parking lot on-site. Parking is complimentary for guests that both are or are not staying at the resort

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors, with access to an outdoor space with games

Question

Have you reserved room blocks?

Answer

We're in the process of blocking rooms at the San Marcos Crowne Plaza. Guests can expect to pay $224/night. If this is not something you're interested in, and you'd like recommendations for other places to stay, please reach out to us @saulandemmamaldonado@gmail.com

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/casual. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. However, if floral dresses and slacks are more your style, have at it! Just please refrain from wearing white

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Arizona is very nice in February, usually between 60-70 degrees and sunny during the day. However, it can get down to the 40s when the sun goes down, which is why we're having the reception indoors. We recommend to bring a jacket just in case!

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving three hors d' oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style selection of barbecue options and salad with multiple sides

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We've specifically chosen menu options that cater to multiple dietary choices, including vegan/vegetarian and gluten free selections. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP, and reach out to us with any questions/concerns

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We've decided to provide 2 drink tickets per guest to be used on any drink at the bar. A cash bar will be available there after

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. A wedding card box will be at our reception, and our Amazon registry is available under the Registry tab

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We recommend to arrive between 3:30-3:45pm to ensure seating, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm

Question

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Our reception will end at approximately 10:00pm, but possibly later. There are several restaurants and bars near the resort, as it's in downtown Chandler, so guests are more than welcome to explore the town after the reception!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Because we want to see the joyful faces of the people we love, we'll be asking guests to turn off their phones and participate in an "unplugged" ceremony. However, picture and video taking is encouraged once the ceremony concludes
