Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are invited and will be able to be added at time of RSVP. We look forward to seeing them bust a move on the dance floor!

Answer

Yes, it can be noted at time of RSVP!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of on site parking is available.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the hotels at which we have room blocks at. The shuttle will leave the Hilton Garden Inn for the wedding at 3:30pm. The shuttle will leave the North Conway Grand Hotel for the wedding at 3:40pm. There will be shuttles leaving the reception at 8:30pm, 10:30pm. There will be a shuttle leaving following the afterparty at 12:30am.

Will we be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be indoors. Please be mindful that you may need to walk on grass when choosing shoes!
