Saucedo Wedding FAQ: Everything You Need to Know for Our Special Day
Question

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be a black tie affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a formal dress shirt, while ladies are invited to don an elegant evening gown or formal dress. We kindly request our lovely guests to refrain from wearing white on our special day—our bride has reserved it for her big moment! We can’t wait to celebrate with you in all your fabulous colors!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As this will be an adults-only celebration, we kindly request that children not attend the wedding. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together!

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

In November, Puerto Vallarta enjoys warm and pleasant weather, with temperatures typically ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s Fahrenheit, offering the perfect climate for outdoor celebrations.

Question

Is The Venue Indoor or Outdoor?

Answer

Our wedding venue is outdoors, set against the beautiful backdrop of Puerto Vallarta’s warm and tropical climate. To keep you cool and comfortable, we’ll have fans available, as well as sandals for the ladies to slip into if they’d like to trade their heels for something more dance-friendly. Let the dancing begin!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What If I Do Not Rsvp In Time?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided on our formal wedding invitation, as we need to give our vendors and venue an exact guest count by then. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late RSVPs, so we truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Traveling to Mexico requires a passport.

Question

If I have a question, who should I contact?

Answer

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at saucedowedding1101@gmail.com. We're happy to answer any questions.
