For ceremony transportation, please meet in Fairfield lobby by 4:30 PM and DoubleTree by Hilton lobby by 4:45 PM. Please enter the Stephenson Chapel through the Oak Street NE entrance. For out-of-town guests staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites with access to a car: To help us manage space on the buses, we kindly request that you drive to the ceremony, then park your car at the hotel before walking to the reception venue.
6:15 pm - 10:00 pm

Reception will begin immediately following the ceremony. Buses will take guests directly to the reception immediately after the ceremony and return guests to the Fairfield and DoubleTree after the couple’s departure from the reception at 10:00 PM.
