Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We recommend out-of-town guests stay on the premises at the Embassy Suites Hotel. This will be the location for the ceremony and reception as well as the central location for other wedding events on the property. When should I arrive? (Out-of-Town Guests)

Answer

For traveling guests staying at the hotel, we recommend arriving Friday, November 6th, for 3pm check in to allow time for checking-in and relaxing before the Welcome Drinks event.

When should I arrive? (In-Town Guests)

Answer

For in-town guests, the Welcome Drinks event at Grain and Cane begins at 7pm on Friday, November 6th at the Embassy Suites in Berkeley Heights. On Saturday, November 7th, please arrive to ceremony and be seated by 3:15pm.

Will transportation be needed?

Answer

For traveling guests staying at the hotel, no transportation will be needed to the wedding events as they will take place on the property. For local guests, valet will be provided at the venue on the wedding day. For all other events there is parking located on the property.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

During the ceremony we kindly request that all cellphones and personal cameras be put away. A photographer and videographer will be present to capture the moments to share later on. For all other events, we welcome you to take photos at your leisure!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Drinks and Brunch: Smart Casual Attire Knee-length dresses, skirts/blouses, trousers, chinos, sweaters, button down shirts, etc. Ceremony and Reception: Elevated Cocktail Attire Dark suit & tie, midi or long dresses, elegant pantsuits or separates.
