Question

What the eff is this, I thought y'all were already married?!

Answer

Satori and I have been juicily married for almost 5 years. We were planning on gettin hitched in 2020, but because of COVID and the show "marriage or mortgage" we had a small wedding for family only in November 2020. We always wanted to celebrate with all our "chosen family" that we weren't able to invite to the ceremony. This event is to celebrate our dope ass marriage as well as all the dope ass folks that helped us get to this point!

Question

Dress code?

Answer

There really isn't one. We are gonna be dressed to the nines, as usual. You've seen us. Stunning. Timeless. Demure. Mindful. That said, feel free to wear what you want. There might be a "shirt/shoes rule" at the venue, but just bring some and take em off once they let you in! If you feel good, look good, and feel like you look good, then that's all that matters.

Question

Registry?

Answer

Eff off, we don't need more stuff. Your presence is presents enough for us.

Question

Should I bring a child with me?

Answer

NO, especially if it's not your child. We don't mean to be mean, but kidnapping is bad. Also, if it is your child(ren), the venue is not child friendly and we can't change their minds/practices.

Question

The event doesn't last all night at the venue, what gives?

Answer

Well, we are gonna have a blast at the venue but there are a lot of awesome places in the neighborhood 0-3 blocks from the venue that are well worth checking out, partying at.... and we are gonna do that. If you're game and still down to clown after the venue portion is done.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Georgetown is an awesome neighborhood on the southside of Seattle. SOUTH SIDE. It has awesome bars, restaurants, and fun stuff to do. Unfortunately, there is limited "places to rent/stay". The main place we usually recommend (Georgetown Inn) is fully booked for the weekend of the event; feel free to fact check that though! We recommend looking around the local neighborhoods, but also admit options are limited. There are a few GT local Airbnbs very close to the event space, but its a small neighborhood. Best recommendations are: For price savings look at further south neighborhoods/areas like SeaTac and Burien. While these look "far away" in terms of distance, they are a quick jaunt to GT. For convenience to cool Seattle-city stuff and that jazz, staying on the southside of downtown in the pioneer square area might be for you! Like the first rec, this is a pretty quick jaunt to GT/event space. One note: there are several motels in GT. Some are more hospitable than others. We have a pretty good read on the local sitch, so if you're considering this option feel free to hit us up for our opinion.

Question

Why was the invite so WEIRD?!

Answer

The Stockpyles elected to save a nominal amount of money by not paying for premier messaging options. Sorry for being mysterious (are we?!).

Question

What if I have other questions?

Answer
