Wear what you want - but if you want direction to eliminate headache - the dress code shall be cocktail! Per Google: "The most important idea... is to create an elegant look wearing a knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress... or suit and tie." But wear a floor length if it pleases you!! We love it all. Avoid wearing all black if you can, but otherwise no color restrictions!!
