What is the dress code for the Wedding?

Answer

The dress code for the Wedding is Formal or Garden Formal. Florals and light colors are welcome but certainly not required. Ladies can wear floor-length or tea-length dresses. The Ceremony will be outside, weather permitting, so block heels would be appropriate. Gentlemen can wear a suit or sports jacket with dress shoes.

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Saturday, March 30. Visit the RSVP tab above and search your name. You will be able to RSVP for the Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner (invitation only), and Welcome Party for every invited guest in your party. You will also be prompted to note any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! We can accommodate gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free, and other food allergies and restrictions. You will be prompted to identify any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. This is also where you should note whether you would like to have the Vegan or Vegetarian Entree. Otherwise, you will receive a plated Double Entrée meal for dinner.

Who is invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

Everyone! Whether you are a Charlotte local or traveling from out of town, we would love for you to join us at Roosters Southpark for drinks and light appetizers the night before our big day! Visit the Events tab for more details.

Who is invited to the Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

The wedding party, close family members, and their guests are invited to the Rehearsal Dinner. If you are prompted to RSVP for the Rehearsal Dinner when you RSVP for the Wedding, then you are invited to the Rehearsal Dinner. Otherwise, we hope to see you at the Welcome Party and Wedding! Are children invited?

Answer

If your child's name is listed with your name when you RSVP online, then yes! Otherwise, we will not able to accommodate additional children. You will be able to respond for each person in your party by visiting the RSVP tab and searching your name.

What time should guests arrive at the Wedding venue?

Answer

Please arrive around 5:30 p.m. This will leave time to find your seats and get settled before the festivities begin! The Ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m. sharp.

Will the Wedding be outside?

Answer

The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside in the garden, weather permitting. The Reception will be in an indoor event space. In the event of rain, both the Ceremony and Reception will be in the event space.

Will parking be available at the Wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking for guests who choose to drive. Ubers and Lyft are readily available in Charlotte for those who plan to drink. Cars cannot be left overnight.

May I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest's name is listed on the invitation, or if you are able to RSVP for your guest when you RSVP for yourself online, then yes! Otherwise, we will not be able to accommodate your guest. The names of all invited guests are searchable in the RSVP tab.

Answer
