Sometimes love finds you when you least expect it. For us, it began on a warm day at a pool party. In the middle of laughter and music, our worlds collided. I was instantly captivated by his Staten Island accent and the way he spoke - so kind, gentle, and thoughtful. He was drawn to my energy, the way I laughed loudly and lived life with joy. Our first date was the perfect reflection of us- full of curiosity, adventure, and ease. From wandering the halls of the Museum of Natural History, to strolling hand-in-hand through Central Park, to sharing a simple burger and ending the night at the beach, time slipped away from us. Hours felt like minutes, and neither of us wanted the day to end. Just two weeks later, he looked at me and with the kind of honesty that leaves no room for doubt, he told me he loved me. In that moment, I knew my heart had found its home. Since that very beginning, we have been inseparable.
