FAQs

Question

Do I have to receive Holy Communion at Mass if I am not Catholic?

Answer

We're so excited for our wedding Mass! For our non-Catholic guests, The Holy Eucharist (communion) is reserved for Catholics. Please feel comfortable staying in your pew, or if you'd like, you can come up for a special blessing during that part of the service. We just want everyone to feel included in our special day!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only if it is addressed on your invitation will you be able to bring a plus one. We are going with the classic - serious relationships (longer than one year) and typically if we know the significant other well. Can't wait to celebrate with you all!

Question

How long does a Catholic wedding Mass usually last?

Answer

Typically an hour up to an hour and a half.
