Casual dresses / skirts and button downs with optional western flair. Don't think too hard about it, just wear whatever you feel like!
Dinner and drinks will be served
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Attire: Cocktail attire with western flair. Lean into the theme as little or as much as you want! Go full old western with corsets/cowboy boots/bolo ties/pocket watches or keep it classy with traditional cocktail attire. Note that the walk from the ceremony space to the reception is on a dirt road, so we don't recommend stilettos or shoes you aren't ok with getting a bit dirty :)
Shuttles will pick up from the Field Station Hotel. Guests staying at the Pioneertown Motel are in walking distance. The ceremony guest entrance is right across from the Pappy & Harriet’s entrance, by the large Joshua Trees - look for our wagon welcome sign. Parking: If you are driving, please park behind the Pioneertown Motel. There is plenty of space so there is no need to block other vehicles. If you park at the ceremony venue, you will be asked to move your vehicle.
6:15 pm - 11:00 pm
The shuttles will be departing for Field Station at 10pm, 11pm, and 1am (and will be available to leave upon request in between those times)

9:00 am - 12:00 pm
We'll have bagels/fruit/coffee, etc. Very casual and totally optional.
