The venue has ample parking. We don't foresee having any parking concerns.

Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
While we are preparing for an outdoor ceremony, Texas weather is often unpredictable. If the weather takes a turn for the worse, we have accommodations to move it indoors.

The weather in Mineola, Texas around November can be anywhere from 44 to 69 degrees Fahrenheit.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

As of right now, we have nothing extra planned. If we add any events, we'll send out invites via email, so please make sure we have the correct email address for you!

No, we have not, and we aren't planning to. Please see our Travel tab for nearby hotels or other lodging options in the surrounding areas.

What is the dress code for our wedding?
Answer
We would like our guests to dress in their Sunday best/semi-formal attire. All we ask is for our guests to avoid wearing emerald green and/or yellow. The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
While we would love to welcome extra guests, our guest list is planned according to the limits of our venue. Therefore, our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
While our wedding will be family-friendly, please be mindful of our venue and guest list. We adore your little ones just as much as we adore you, but adhering to the number of invitees listed on your invitation (and RSVPing accordingly) will ensure that we will all fit comfortably.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
We'll be having a popcorn hour with a variety of flavored popcorn, followed by a buffet dinner, where a selection of different sauces and pasta options will be served.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
If you require accommodations for dietary restrictions or allergies, we highly encourage our guests to include their restrictions on their RSVP or to contact someone in the wedding party privately. We will make accommodations, as possible, with the caterer if given prior notice.

What is the wedding day itinerary?
Answer
The itinerary will be available upon arrival to all guests on the day of the wedding.

What time should I arrive to your wedding ceremony?
Answer
We advise that our guests arrive to the venue at approximately 3:30PM to give you ample time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 4PM.

What time will your wedding reception end?
Answer
Our reception will conclude at 9PM.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
There will be a short interlude between the ceremony and dinner, in which the wedding party will be having their pictures taken. During this time, we encourage our guests to make their way over to the reception area for a delicious serving of popcorn from our popcorn bar.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
**No phones or cameras allowed until after the ceremony!** We invite our guests to take all the photos and videos they wish during the reception, but out of respect for our photographer/videographer, our ceremony will be strictly unplugged. We want to see your faces, not your phones!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Answer
We would love nothing more than for you to post any pictures you take at our wedding. Please tag Sariah and Daniel in any pictures that you take. We would also love for you to include our wedding hashtag, #WelcomeHolmes.

Will you be live-streaming your wedding?
Answer
At this time, we do not have plans to live stream our wedding.
