Where should I fly in to?

Denver International Airport is about 3-4 hours away depending on traffic Grand Junction Regional Airport is about 2 hours away Aspen Regional Airport is about 1 hour away

Is there cell phone service?

Answer

NOPE! This is your chance to disconnect and spend some quality time outside and with each other! The whole canyon does not have cell service, there is service in Carbondale nearby. There is limited wifi at Avalanche Ranch and Chair Mountain Ranch. Primarily plan to be unplugged unless your accommodations have internet access!

How should I dress?

Answer

"Colorado Mountain Formal" AKA Wear what you're comfy in! We promise stilettos will not be comfortable. The venue is an open field on a ranch so some practical footwear is your best friend! This is also June in the mountains of Colorado, bring layers! The weather could be anywhere from 70 and sunny, to raining, and honestly snow isn't out of the question.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Parking at the venue is very limited, please try to carpool if you are staying with other guests! We will have a shuttle from Avalanche Ranch and the Bogan Flats Group Site. Please reach out if you have a request for another shuttle stop!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Human Kiddos? SURE THING! There will be plenty of little ones running around! We are hopeful that your kid doesn't limit your ability to stay and have a grand old time with us! If you think they might, maybe consider sending them to grandparents for the weekend.

What about my fur baby?

Answer

Many of the accommodations are pet friendly! However, we are prioritizing our girl's and ask that you don't bring your pets to the ceremony or reception so Kanga and Luna can have the spotlight ;)

Concerns about the altitude?

Answer

The elevation at the venue is about 8,000 ft. That's pretty dang high if you're coming from sea level! Helpful tips: - DRINK WATER! Seriously, so much water. - Limit your alcohol! Drinks hit about twice as hard this high. Maybe try some water? - Consider spending a day in Denver before coming up

How long should I stay?

Answer

Our vision is "Camp Sarexis." Our dream is to have all of our favorite humans together for a weekend of events and activities! If you are able to extend your stay, we would love to spend the long weekend with you! We have Avalanche Ranch (hot springs) and Chair Mountain Ranch booked Thursday-Sunday and plan to make the weekend as full of fun as possible!
