Wedding events will take place from Friday, June 5, 2026-Tuesday, June 8, 2026. If you are just coming for the wedding, it is recommended that guests stay one week in total to account for travel delays, jet-lag, and to be able to experience the highlights of Serbia. You are welcome to take this opportunity to stay longer and explore other exciting destinations while in Europe. Flights form Belgrade to other countries are affordable and there are plenty close by!
Most establishments accept Visa and Mastercard. Make sure your card does not charge international fees. When bringing cash, you do not have to exchange money before your trip. Look for a “Menjacnica” or exchange office, there are many in every city. The exchange rate will be worse in the airport and better in the city.
Rakija is the national drink of Serbia. It is a double-distilled fruit brandy usually made from plums, apricots, pear, or quince. Often homemade, the alcohol level of most rakias is usually between 40 and 50 percent.
Please feel free to wear what makes you most comfortable (and is easiest to pack). In our experience, guests lean toward semi-formal to formal attire.
In early June, temperatures in Serbia are typically mild to warm, with average daily highs around 25.3°C (77.5°F) in cities like Belgrade and average daily lows around 15°C (58°F). However, these are averages, and actual temperatures can vary, with daily highs sometimes reaching into the upper 70s to low 80s°F (around 25-28°C) and lows rarely dropping below the low 50s°F (around 10-12°C).

The Krkobabic house is a short walk from the city center in Indjija. Transportation will be provided between the wedding ceremony, reception, and back to Indjija.
Yes, children are invited to all wedding related events.
The reception dinner will be a four course meal of charcuterie or "mezze", soup or "corba", mixed grilled meats or "rostilj", and roasted veal or "teletina". Salad and bread will accompany all courses.
