Will the wedding be held inside or outside?

Answer

Depending on the weather, the ceremony will be held outside. There will be heaters outside; however, make sure to bring a jacket.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding attire is Cowboy Cocktail: think cocktail attire with a touch of Western charm. Elevate your favorite dress or suit with boots, bolo ties, statement jewelry, or other Western-inspired details. Have fun with textures like velvet, suede, leather, or satin. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel festive, comfortable, and ready to celebrate in the Rocky Mountains!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation from The Mining Exchange (where our hotel block is) to the Briarhurst Manor at 2:30 P.M. We will also have transportation from the wedding venue to the after-party location in Downtown Colorado Springs. The bus will arrive again around 9:30 P.M. when the reception ends. There is also Uber and Lyft in the area to utilize.

Is there parking available?

Yes, the Briarhurst Manor has a parking lot with plenty of spaces to park your car.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home!
