Paul & Sara's story began in high school in 2013, as they passed through the halls, one very unaware that the other even existed. Unbeknownst to Sara, Paul had a little crush on her! Months passed as they decided what colleges they would attend, graduated high school, and made new friends at their new schools 2 hours apart. They went about their lives for another year, but found their way to each other eventually during the summer after their freshman year. Paul picked Sara up to go on their first date, and as soon as she got in the car and heard The Beatles playing, she knew was in for the long haul. 8 years later, in their new home with their dog Beanie, they start a new chapter as husband and wife.

After purchasing their first home together in May of 2021, Paul and Sara went to drop some things off a few weeks before move-in day, to make more room in the moving truck. As they unpacked some stuff in the empty home, with no AC in the heat of the summer, Paul got down on one knee with her grandmothers ring, and asked Sara to be his wife. As they both cried (and sweated a lot), Sara said yes!
