We got Married! Let's Celebrate!

After meeting on Bumble, engaging in long text conversations, and a few high intensity Sudoku matches, Sara and Drew met in person at the Phoenix on Westheimer. Sara got spinach dip in her hair and Drew stole a kiss at the end of the night. They had so much fun, they went on 2 more dates that week; they couldn't get enough of each other! And the rest is all history....

During their annual trip to Disneyland, Sara said "YES!" Sara was nervous because she thought Drew might be planning something that day. She wasn't sure if he was going to propose or not, but it seemed like a good day for it. Drew was just hoping the lump in his front pocket didn't give it away and that he wouldn't trip trying to go between standing and on a knee. Despite having an idea it might happen, Sara was totally flabbergasted when taking photos in front of the Millennium Falcon, Drew dropped to one knee and was so caught up in the moment he forgot to ask the actual question at first. Eventually (and with a gentle reminder), the words came out and Sara gave a resounding yes. Special thanks to great friends Karen, who had helped set the whole thing up, and Cody, who gifted them with the photos the professional photographer had taken. What a magical day at Disneyland!
