FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through Zola by June 1st, 2026 so that we can get ready to celebrate with you. RSVPing is not available quite yet though! We will be turning on that function once formal invitations have been sent, so that we get the most accurate headcount.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated, we appreciate your understanding! If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Sarah or Evan directly.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

There may be a few children present, by invitation only. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is Garden Party Formal. What we recommend for men: a suit and tie or slacks and a nice button-up with dress shoes. What we recommend for women: Mid to floor-length floral or pastel dresses. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans, boots, or tennis shoes. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style! The ceremony will take place outdoors with limited shade, while the dinner and reception will be shaded, so please feel free to bring a sun hat, sunglasses, or other items that will keep you comfortable during this time. There will also be grass and gravel surfaces, so we recommend choosing shoes that are suited for this environment, such as a thicker heel for the ladies (still no boots :) )

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes early so you have time to park and get settled before the ceremony starts. The venue is around 30 minutes from both Arlington and Monroe, and about an hour from Seattle, so keep traffic in mind! If you happen to run late, please avoid driving down the gravel path behind the ceremony space until that portion of the evening has concluded, so things aren’t disrupted.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We are having professionals capture the moment for us! You are welcome to take as many pictures as you want once the ceremony has ended, and we would love for you to share them with us!

Question

Who should I contact for additional questions?

Answer
