Yes, there is plenty of parking. The ceremony and reception are at the same venue. If needed you can leave your car overnight at the venue and get it in the morning.
The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses (long or short depending on weather and your preference) and suits or dress pants with a collared shirt.
If your invitation does not explicitly state "and guest," we ask that you do not bring a plus one. If this is a concern please discuss with us and we will see what we can do. When a plus one is included, you will see this on both your physical invitation and during the RSVP process.
The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony around 3:30pm to get settled. If you are staying at the Doubletree in Concord, a shuttle bus will be leaving at 3pm to go to the venue.

The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting). The reception following will be mainly indoors, with some outdoor space available during the cocktail hour.

Yes, the shuttle schedule will be as follows: 3pm Pick Up at Hilton Doubletree to go to venue 8:15pm Early shuttle back to hotel 10pm End of Reception shuttle back to hotel Please let us know when you RSVP if you are planning to take the shuttle.
The hotel says check in is at 3pm, but since the shuttle is leaving at 3pm, I would recommend arriving to the hotel at 2pm to check in. They are aware of the wedding and we have asked for guests to be able to check in early if possible.
