Yes! We would love to have your children join us for the celebration. Please look at your RSVP and make sure to include everyone in your party who is attending. There will be lawn games during the reception and a couple of playgrounds are nearby the ceremony. Though there should be plenty of fun activities for the kids, please be prepared to supervise young children.
No, we will not be able to provide childcare should you choose not to bring your children to the events.
No, we do not have arrangements for transportation. If you need a ride to or from your hotel, please consider Uber or carpooling. If you are staying in Downtown Pleasanton, the wedding site is a walkable distance, depending on your personal comfort. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you need help with transportation or arranging carpools.
Yes, beer and wine will be served during the reception. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages available. We ask that you refrain from bringing hard liquor or spirits to the event so we can enjoy ourselves responsibly.
We appreciate that some of our guests are traveling far to come celebrate with us! If we have some advanced notice and your arrival/departure time does not conflict with any planned events, we may be able to help get you to and from the airport. Contact us directly so we can work with you.
We suggest dressy-casual attire and encourage you to dress comfortably so you can have a great time. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception is indoors and outdoors. Layering or bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening is recommended. Please note that the ceremony will be on the lawn if you're planning to wear high heels.
The projected weather for Pleasanton on the wedding day is currently about 75 in the day time and around 55-60 in the evening. Sundown is 8:25 pm. Please check the weather before your trip as it can sometimes get unpredictably hot this time of year in the Tri-Valley/East Bay Area. Sunscreen is highly recommended. If you are planning to sightsee around the Bay Area, such as San Francisco or the coast during your visit, a warm jacket is recommended as the greater Bay Area can still get very cold at night in the late spring!
While we love furry friends, pets are not permitted under our rental agreement with the park. Send them our love!
We will be providing a fruit and vegetable grazing board for you to enjoy prior to dinner being served (while the wedding party takes some photos). Dinner is buffet-style from one of our favorite local restaurants and will include the main dish you selected on your RSVP as well as bread and a few side dishes. Beer, wine, and soft drinks we be served before, during, and after dinner as well as some delicious desserts!
