For those traveling from the East Coast: San Francisco (SFO) or Oakland (OAK) will be your easiest/most direct flights. Napa is about an hour drive north from either airport. For those traveling from the West Coast: Sonoma (STS) airport is a small local option if you opt not to drive.
We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our welcome party and reception locations are walkable from downtown hotels and also easily accessible via ride-share service.
For guests within driving distance, there is free on-site parking at the CIA and at Oxbow Market.
Thursday welcome dinner has both indoor and outdoor seating options. Friday evening celebration will be outdoors in the culinary garden. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on gravel to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. Bathrooms and William Sonoma museum are located inside the main building.
Relaxed yet stylish aesthetic that blends comfort with elegance, featuring breathable fabrics like linen and cotton, comfortable but stylish shoes, and versatile pieces such as sundresses, nice jeans, blouses, and chinos.
Elegant yet comfortable clothing suitable for an outdoor setting. Florals, of course, are fail-proof: romantic, timeless, and seasonally apt. But they are by no means the only path forward. Think Daisy Buchanan’s lawn luncheons in The Great Gatsby or the pastel-drenched fêtes in Marie Antoinette.
Average June weather in Napa is warm and dry, with daily temperatures typically ranging from the low 50s to the low 80s. The city has a Mediterranean climate, which means very little rain during the summer months.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our special day.
