Question

Do I need to arrange transportation from/to airport?

Answer

It is ABSOLUTELY necessary for guests to pre-arrange pick up with a taxi vendor, otherwise, you might have a wait curbside. If you jump in a taxi, it will be a shared ride with guests going to other resorts. If they don’t take a shared ride, the cost could be upwards of $120/van/one way. COVID restrictions do not allow curbside pickup at the airport. Guests will leave the Arrival doors, the Taxi Dispatcher is to the immediate left. Guests will tell the dispatcher that ________ (insert taxi company) is picking them up. The taxi vendor will only be a minute away in the taxi waiting zone. The Dispatcher will call the taxi vendor to come get you. If guests have what’s app, they can contact the taxi vendor directly on arrival for pickup, If you are booking Fast Track, www.skypasscaribbean.com, the Fast Track agent will walk guests to the pick up location and call the taxi vendor. This is like a Disney Fast Pass, they have their own Immigration line, will grab your bags and escort you to your taxi on arrival.
