Sarai aka "Mimi" is Jay's future Bride to be! She loves to hike, bike, and travel in her free time. She is a huge animal lover and has 3 cats and 2 dogs. One thing that brought her and Jay together is her passion for the automotive industry. She is an avid car enthusiast and loves to work on her 2017 Mustang GT Premium in her spare time. Can we say badass?!
Jay Bacheller
Groom
Jay is Sarai's future husband to be. He loves to hike, bike, workout, play video games, work on his cars, and travel in his free time. He too is an avid car lover and owns a 2015 BMW M235i, a 1998 Porsche Boxster, and a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee (in which was previously his parents family car). Jay shares 2 dogs and 3 cats with Sarai and fun fact, all of them are girlies. He is the best girl dad Awww!
Isavel Salinas
Mother of the Bride
Isavel is Sarai's mother. She is renowned for her incredible cooking skills and gardening abilities. She loves to spend time with her adult kids and grandchildren any chance possible. She is known for making time to travel to Tennessee to visit Sarai, Isavel, Manny, & Jay. You may also find her in Puerto Rico soaking up the sun, it is her favorite place to travel to with her husband Alex.
Nancy Bacheller
Mother of the Groom
Nancy is Jay's mother. She is retired and enjoys water aerobics and traveling the world with her husband Tom. She has a passion for history and is her hometown Huntley's local historian. Nancy always makes sure to visit her sons Jay (in TN) and Brian (in GA) whenever she can. Nancy's favorite place to travel to is Iceland as her and Tom have been there a few times.
Alex Lopez Sr.
Father of the Bride
Alex is Sarai's father. Alex is incredibly talented and is a jack of all trades. He has always had a niche for being able to fix just about anything. He loves to help his wife Isavel tend her garden. He is always Isavel's biggest cooking fan and always encourages her to step outside of her comfort zone to try new recipes.
Tom Bacheller
Father of the Groom
Tom is Jay's father. Tom is retired and now enjoys traveling and working on his 1998 Porsche Boxster. He shares a love of cars just as his son and the two bond over their cars (both have a Porsche Boxster). Like son like father, as Jay influenced his dad to get a matching car.
Isavel Lopez
Maid of Honor
Isavel aka "Itty" is Sarai's sister and other half. She has worked hard to do whatever is needed to ensure Sarai & Jay have a stress free wedding. We love you and thank you for all you do Isa! She loves to influence Sarai to buy coffee at Dunkin Donuts, ice cream at Culver's (bad girls), ramen nights, go to the gym together, and Facetime to share cooking recipes.
Drew Meyer
Best Man
Drew is Jay's right hand man and long-time childhood best friend. Their friendship started over a shared interest of computer games, in particular, Rollercoaster Tycoon. Drew also has enjoys Judas Priest and Rammstein. Many Taco Bell runs and bonfires later, they remain good friends and is honoring their friendship by being Jay's Best Man for his wedding.
Jessica West

Jessica aka "Jess" is Sarai's long-time best friend from High School. Jessica and Sarai always have a good time when together...and maybe sometimes a little trouble. They share a love of art and being artistic during Art class is what brought them together.
Chris Fontana

Chris is Jay's friend from college whom he met through their mutual friend, Eric. Chris would always be known to bring fun games when they would all hang out. Throughout the years they have gone to numerous football and basketball games together at NIU. Chris always brings funny stories and jokes when they get together.
Shian Kovalik

Shian aka "Kovi" is Sarai's longest best friend and confidant from High School. From lunch school buddies to lifetime besties. Shian and Sarai's friendship goes way back and no matter the time or distance, their bond remains unbroken. There are many memorable stories from their numerous sleep overs, shopping dates, and phone calls. Shian is now an amazing mother and is married to Aarren Stager.
Chad Oanes

Chad is Jay's good friend whom he met through Kyle. The two of these went to college together and even were roommates for a semester. Through the time they studied together and beyond they also had the pleasure to be coworkers at Tox Pressotechnik.

Adline aka "Adi" is Sarai's long-time best friend from High School. She is a caring and nurturing person who has proven she always has Sarai's back no matter what. From haunted houses, emergency room visits, and sushi dates, the two have done it all and can count on each other no matter what.

Brian is Jay's older brother. They grew up enjoying playing video games and joking around together. Today they enjoy trading cat pictures and memes. Brian is also a big cat lover and owns two siblings Bonnie & Clyde.
Sarah Bienias

Sarah is Sarai's best friend from a former job they both worked at together with Mel. There was an instant connection when they first met with a mutual passion for adventuring and traveling. Sarah is a wanderlust spirit at heart and is known for hiking often with her sweet pitbull Datsun. She and Sarai also are known for their bad luck with rolling ankles....we may have a story or two to tell... LOL!
Kyle Ashpole

Kyle is Jay's NIU college friend. He was Jay's first friend at college and they met the first week of college. Kyle and Jay shared an interest in all things motorsports. Kyle is really knowledgable with cars and passionate, particularly with BMW's. Some of Jay's favorite memories with him include their Rookies meet ups and car cruises.
Melissa Macholl

Melissa aka "Mel" is Sarai's best friend from a former job they both worked at together with Sarah. While they may be polar opposites, it is this which had brought the two together. Ex. hugger vs non hugger. [Sarai gets the best hugs from Mel]. Mel and her heart dog Anela (Rest in paradise) hold a special place to Sarai as Anela was Sarai's niece-pup. Mel also knows Sarai's love for coffee (Lion's toasted coconut) and had her friend in Hawaii send her some to give to Sarai.
Derek Schatz

Derek is Jay's good friend whom he had met working at Tox Pressotechnik. While there they were there, they enjoyed going out for lunch at Rock Bottom and blowing off some steam over a beer. One thing Derek is known for is that he is a movie buff. He also enjoys metal fabrication in his free time.
Kelsey Smith

Kelsey aka "Kels" is Sarai's longtime best friend from Illinois. Sarai and Kels first met when she externed and shortly later began working at Mallard Point Veterinary Clinic. Kels and Sarai have so many memories camping, going out on the town, and many sleep overs. Kels is a huge animal lover and has 2 cats and 1 dog. Some of our favorite meals we have shared include lots of sushi and wings.

Eric is Jay's good friend who he met on his 21st birthday. The details may be a bit hazy... Eric was Jay's college dorm neighbor when they attended NIU. Since then, they have gone to many NIU football and basketball games together and are always looking to drink a good craft beer together. Jay had the honor of being in Eric's wedding in 2021 and we are grateful he accepted to apart of the Bacheller wedding.

Kara is Sarai's future sister in law. She is currently engaged to Manny, Sarai's brother. Kara enjoys spending time in her pool at home, spending time with her two kids Maddie & Jack, and their small pack of doggos. (JK but not really LOL!) Kara and Sarai share a love for pampering themselves and getting their nails done at TJ Nails in Franklin. Kara is a super kind and thoughful person who always goes above and beyond for those in her life. She is the best soon to be big sister ever!
Tristian Jones

Tristian and Jay met at Six Flags a few years back. He was Jay's first friend in Tennessee and the two were initially introduced through Manny, Sarai's brother. Tristian is married to Rachael, one of Sarai's good friends here as well. Tristian enjoys boxing, using his meat smoker, and working on his vehicles in his free time. When our schedules line up they like to get together with Jay & Sarai for mass at The Bridge Church.

Liam aka "Bubba" is Sarai's 6 year old nephew. He is a rambunctious little boy who loves to spend time with his aunties and uncles when we visit Illinois. He and his little sister Elliana have a Pokemon collection in which they love to add to and teach anyone willing to listen about.

Elliana aka "Elle" is Sarai's 5 year old niece. She is is the one who made Sarai a girl auntie for the first time! She loves to spend time with her aunties and uncles when they visit Illinois. She is so kind and so smart. Her and her big brother Liam love to collect Pokemon cards together!
Jose Salinas

Jose aka "Manny" is Sarai's oldest brother. He has a huge heart and always makes sure his family and son are his top priority. These two have a unique relationship and no matter the distance, when he first moved to Tennessee, Sarai shortly later found her way to be by her big brother. He attended Sarai's bridal dress shopping day to be the one to buy her dress for her big day!

Alex aka "Aj" is Sarai's older brother. Aj is a kind soul and awesome father who always loves to spend time with his two kids, Liam & Elliana. Sarai and Aj have a special bond as they both love to do many of the same things such as: playing video games, the gym, & DND. He is also a successful small business owner in Illinois of Seamless Solutions!
Haydenn Hildy

Haydenn is Sarai's oldest nephew. He is the reason that 13 years ago, she got to be called an "auntie" or "Titi (teetee") for the very first time. The love for the young man that gave her that moment will forever hold a special place in her heart.
