When should I fly into Cartagena? Cuando deberia llegar a Cartagena?

Answer

The wedding will be on a Friday, January 29 2027. We are planning optional activities for the wedding weekend however everyone is welcome to fly in and out whenever they are able to. We are looking forward to spending time with all of our friends and family for as long as your schedule allows. La boda será el viernes 29 de enero de 2027. Estamos organizando actividades opcionales para el fin de semana de la boda; sin embargo, todos son bienvenidos a llegar y marcharse cuando les sea posible. Tenemos muchas ganas de pasar tiempo con todos nuestros amigos y familiares, durante el tiempo que sus agendas lo permitan.

Where should I stay? Donde me deberia quedar?

Answer

We are currently working with our wedding planner to reserve a hotel block for guests that would prefer to use that however, you are welcome to stay wherever you would prefer. Estamos trabajando con nuestro planeador para reservar un bloque en un hotel para los invitados que prefieran usar este servico, pero puedes quedarte donde prefieras.

What is the dress code? Cuál es el código de vestimenta?

Answer

We invite guests to dress in colorful cocktail attire. For women we recommend colorful dresses and sandals or heels & for men we recommend any traditional colored suit with a colorful tie or shirt. The ceremony is in the cathedral with an outdoor reception. Invitamos a todos a vestir con atuendo de cóctel colorido. Para las mujeres, recomendamos vestidos coloridos y sandalias o tacones; y para los hombres, recomendamos cualquier traje de color tradicional con una corbata o camisa colorida. La ceremonia se celebrará en la catedral y la recepción sera al aire libre.

Do I need to get an e-SIM? Necessito obtender una e-SIM?

If you want cell service and don’t want to pay roaming fees while in Colombia , then we recommend getting an eSIM. We recommend getting either the Colombia or Latin America unlimited data eSIM for the duration of your stay. Si deseas tener servicio de telefonía móvil y no quieres pagar tarifas de roaming durante tu estancia en Colombia, te recomendamos adquirir una eSIM. Te sugerimos optar por la eSIM con datos ilimitados para Colombia o para América Latina, cubriendo la totalidad de tu estancia.

No, you can Uber or walk around the city. We recommend taking an Uber from the airport to where you’re staying. No, puedes usar Uber o caminar por la ciudad. Te recomendamos tomar un Uber desde el aeropuerto hasta tu alojamiento.
