Matron of Honor
Emily and I were roommates through college and I was blessed to be the Maid of Honor at her wedding. She and I are kindred spirits and God knew what He was doing when He gave her to me. We have been through lots of new things together and I am so excited to have her in this new adventure too. She and I are "top buds" and I am so excited her to stand by me.
Best Man
What better man than my own dad? He has always been a guiding light to me on this journey called "life." From the days of tuning on muscle cars in the shop, helping me write intelligent and wordy papers, to sending me off to school, my dad has always been there, and he always will be.
Maid of Honor
Kate and I have been best friends since we were 4 years old. She has been with me through thick and thin and over many years. We have played fairies, been through homeschool dances, survived a cross-country move, and now through all of college. I love her to death and can't wait to have her by my side.
Groomsman
"The only people I owe my loyalty to are those who never made me question theirs." This rings true for Josh. At that awkward phase in life when one is in school, and it feels like there aren't any friends left in your hometown, Josh and I were an anchor for each other. Best buds since childhood, brothers for life.
Bridesmaid
I have known Madeline since birth (she is my older sister, after all). We've had our squabbles, but I am so thankful for all of her support and wisdom over the years. As a child, she always said that I would get married first, so now she gets the chance to say "I told you so" as she stands with me at my wedding.
Groomsman
Who knew the Caf was a good place to meet lifelong friends? Tadd and I knew each other as acquaintances before college. We met one day in the dining hall at NGU, and I was new to the school, so he was the best I had. I had no idea of what a precious brotherhood would spawn after going to a single game night with him and all of his other friends at school. We served on the life answers team together, challenged each other theologically, and spent a great deal of time on the lookout for heresy. I stood with him on his wedding day, and now I am overjoyed for him to stand with me.
Bridesmaid
Kaitlyn is my future sister-in-law and one of the sweetest women that I know. I had the pleasure of coordinating her wedding day and I consider her a sweet friend. She has always been there to cheer Seth and I on and I am so grateful that she is going to be there at the end of the aisle to support me.
Groomsman
Best friends are like brothers that you choose. It all started with a piano lesson (and a funny story about ripped pants). Joe and I have truly only grown in our friendship since it's conception as kids. I stood by him on his wedding day, and now I am eager for him to stand by me.
Bridesmaid
Faith and I met while serving as Campus Ambassadors for North Greenville. When the craziness hit, she and I became roommates living with my family and then hers for a total of 6 months. She has been with me through a lot of challenges over the years, but also many car rides, singing, and dancing. We became very close and she has always been a huge supporter of me and Seth (and also gives the best hugs).
Groomsman
"Roommates are not permanent, but the attachments are." I had no idea what I was getting into becoming roommates with Dustin. I never knew how much I needed someone like him as a comrade. He has seen a side of me that very few have, and we forever will be bonded in friendship. Thanks for always hanging in there with me, D. P.S. I would have never gotten an "A" in physics without him.
