For The Immaculata Church: There is free, limited parking in the Church parking lot. For the reception: The Carmel Mountain Ranch Estate welcomes our guests to leave their cars parked at the estate's private parking lot overnight after the reception, and return for it the next morning if you wish. Parking will be free and space plentiful.
Limited-space shuttle bus transportation is available to guests who are staying at the Hilton Torrey Pines. The shuttle will depart from the hotel approx. 1 hour before the wedding, transport guests to the church, and then from the church to the reception, and then back to the Hilton at the end of the evening.
The well-being of all of our beloved guests, as well as our vendors and all of our event support staff, is extraordinarily important to us. Knowing that we are keeping one another safe through our actions will contribute to the delight and joy of our celebration. Our wedding party and wedding guests will be following common sense and required safety protocols as our venues advise us. As August draws closer and we learn more specifics, we will share that information here and communicate in the weeks/months leading up to the big day.
Our wedding is following required and common sense safety protocols set into place by our venues, and therefore we respectfully advise that all of our guests planning to attend seek and obtain either: a vaccination protecting yourself and others against COVID-19 infection, or obtain a negative COVID-19 test result immediately prior to attending.
