For planning purposes, we'd love to have your RSVP on or before July 1.
LCH is about 30 miles Northwest of Old Town Fort Collins. Search under Livermore Community Center or by the address on your invitation in Google maps, but also be sure to bring your map along as cell service may be spotty! Take 287 North to County Road 74E (your turn is located at The Forks corner restaurant, market, gas station). LCH is about 2.5 miles from The Forks and on the right hand side of the road. Look for a green roof on a brick building. Parking is available at the Hall.
We want you to be classy, yet comfortable in the outdoors. Wear your finery, but cover your feet well with boots, booties, or closed-toe shoes to avoid getting gravel or cacti between your toes. We suggest you bring warm layers to add or change into as the evening may get chilly. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended.
Yes! We'll feed you. Our caterers will provide options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, keto, and green bell pepper-free diets, and it'll be kid-friendly. However, on principle, our dessert will be full of gluten, butter, and sugar.
No. We want you to feel welcome to bring your children, but please also be ready to pay attention to them and keep them safe.
Yes! Camping on site on Saturday night is permitted; however, there are no showers. If you plan to camp, please be in touch with Nate about logistics.
Don't be afraid of doing the Ride with Sarah at Cyclebar. The class is super fun and quite challenging, but if anything is ever too heavy or too fast, you are in charge of your bike and you decide what feels right to you. Sarah recommends drinking plenty of water before, during, and after the ride.
Yes! Altitude sickness is a real thing, and you may feel its effects especially when combined with alcohol. We recommend you drink more water than usual to stay hydrated and take aspirin to help with dizziness and headache related to altitude. Fort Collins is a bit under 5000 feet and Livermore is at about 7000 feet.
Yes! However, you must be 21 years of age to enter a dispensary, and you may not smoke it in public. Dispensaries require a valid ID and cash. Obviously, we urge anyone under the influence to avoid driving a motor-vehicle. Please research dispensary regulations, and remember that you cannot take any THC-infused products out of the state.
