What time should I arrive?

Answer

Music will begin approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony. You are more than welcome to come 30 minutes early to listen to music performed by Sarah's cousin, Max.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. (AKA if your child's name is on the formal invitation then they are invited!)

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Following the ceremony, we will have a send off for the bride and groom. Once the bridal party leaves to take photos, the cocktail hour will begin!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Feel free to take as many pictures as you want before the ceremony, after the ceremony, and at the reception! We have a wedding hashtag (#WeBLongTogether) and there will be a Snapchat filter. We ask that during the ceremony that you turn your sound off on your phone and try not to take any photos so that you can enjoy the moment with us!

Do I have to pay for parking?

Answer

Nope! There is parking directly outside the entrance of The Galaxy.

Will there be a shuttle for hotels and between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Nope! The hotels are in the same parking lot as The Galaxy so it would be a less than a minute walk to the hotel. The ceremony and reception are located in the same building so you don't have to worry about driving anywhere.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal/Cocktail attire.

What should I do after the reception?

Answer

After the reception is over, we will most likely be heading to the other side of The Galaxy. There is an outdoor bar that is open until 1:30 AM. Everyone is welcome!

Yes we have a registry! There is a tab on this website that says registry. If you click on that you will find the links to our registries at Bed Bath and Beyond and Crate and Barrel

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaid dresses are a deep plum color.

How can I RSVP?

Answer

You may either mail in your RSVP when your formal invitation arrives.

I have a diet restriction. What should I do?

Answer

There are a few options. You can get in contact with Sarah, Brian or their family members directly and let them know about your diet restrictions. Also, your RSVP card will have a line where you can write your diet restrictions. The venue offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals.
