When do I need to book my room by?

ASAP! This is a Tennessee Volunteer Home Football Game, so everything books up fast! We have preferential pricing with the Knoxville downtown Marriot and Hyatt. Check out the Travel Tab for the codes / links needed to secure the best deal!

Welcome Party : Casual & cute or casual & swaggy. Pick your poison. Just come with energy! Ceremony & Reception: Cocktail attire (but really just wear what makes you happy) Wearing Yankees gear will also grant you a special gift ;)

Will transportation be provided?

Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Event & After Party (WHOOP) are walking distance from our recommended hotels. We will have private buses to take you to and from the The Quarry venue for the Ceremony & Reception. Expect a ~25 ish minute bus ride to make some new friends! The buses will arrive at The Hyatt Hotel Downtown with the 1st bus leaving at 3:45 PM EST and the 2nd bus will leave at 4:00 PM EST. The buses will also take you back to The Hyatt Downtown after the Reception (~10pm), which is 2 blocks from the Afterparty! If you are renting a car there are plenty of parking spots available at The Quarry venue :) If you would prefer to uber to and from the venue, you are also more than welcome but would schedule in advance :) The Ceremony starts at 5pm EST - please don't be late!
