Answer
To keep things simple and budget-friendly, we've decided to forgo mailed invitations. All the important details are right here on our website- including being able to RSVP! It's the easiest way for everyone to stay up to date, and it helps us keep things efficient too. Thanks for understanding.

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, so we can organize with our vendors accordingly. However, the deadline to RSVP is October 18, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible with an RSVP as “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

We LOVE your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding as adults only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun- enjoy the night off!

What is the dress code?What is the dress code?

This is a semi-formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Dress to impress in semi-formal cocktail attire- think polished, festive, and celebration ready! Since it’s a winter wedding, we’d love if guests leaned into a seasonal color palette (rich jewel tones, deep neutrals, metallics, etc.), but please understand the color palette is not required. We respectfully ask that you avoid jeans or denim, and please avoid shades of white.

Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the reception to follow indoors. We’ve planned ahead just in case the weather doesn’t cooperate. Alternate arrangements are ready to keep everyone comfortable, rain or shine!

Answer
Parking will be available at the venue, where both the ceremony and reception will take place. Free valet service will be provided for all guests. Please refer to the EVENT INFO page for a map and exact location. Just head to the spot marked for parking and our valet team will take it from there!

Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM so we request that guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:15 PM but no later than 3:45 PM. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring we have our special moment, uninterrupted.

The first row of seats at the ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and a seating chart will be displayed to direct you to your seat.

We’re having an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY to give our photographers the space to capture every special moment without diatraction. But don’t worry- there will be a designated time during the ceremony for guests to snap a few photos! We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away until cocktail hour. We promise to share all the beautiful professional photos with you as soon as we can!

Answer
Yes! We’ll be offering full bar service throughout the celebration, including a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and other drinks. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. Drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Get ready to party with us but please make sure you have a way to get home safely.

We will be making our exit at 11:00 PM and our vendors will promptly begin clean up shortly after. You’re welcome to head out whenever you feel ready, but we’d love for you to celebrate with us for as much of the evening as you can!
