When and Where is the Wedding?

We're getting married at 2:00pm on September 26, 2026 at St. Joseph's Church in Lancaster, PA. The reception and cocktail hour will follow at 4:30 at Tulpehocken Manor in Myerstown, PA.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 1:00pm to find parking and your seat at St. Joseph's Church in Lancaster, PA. Parking is limited, we suggest carpooling with family or friends. Arrive at Tulpehocken Manor at 4:30 for reception and cocktail hour.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire - think suits and ties for men, and long dresses for women. We recommend soft spring or neutral tones.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome. Please advice that the church ceremony is in a smaller, intimate church setting. We ask that crying children reframe during the ceremony.

What's the nearest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is Harrisburg International Airport. It's a smaller airport so fares may be more expensive. The Philadelphia International Airport is farther but will have a better rates. Keep in mind the Philadelphia International Airport is 2 hours away from the ceremony and reception.

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We've reserved hotel blocks at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lebanon, and IHG Hotel and Hampton Inn Lebanon. Details and booking links are listed in the "Travel" tab.

Where should guest park if driving?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony at St. Joseph's Church is limited. We recommend carpooling with family and friends. Parking at Tulpehocken Manor is vast, no worries parking there! For the reception please follow road signs and park on the grass.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift! But if you'd like to send something, we have a Venmo Honeymoon Fund! We're also registered at Target, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel.

Can we ship gifts to you directly?

Answer

Yes! Everything can be shipped through Target, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel registry for convenience.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. As Sarah and Gavin’s families are local to the area, we anticipate that friends and family will be able to coordinate carpools as needed.
