When do I need to RVSP?

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience. The final date to RSVP is July 1st.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details on the hotel blocks. Please note the last date to book is July 3rd.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided Saturday from the hotels to the church and the wedding venue for out of town guests. Please indicate whether you plan to utilize the bus in your RSVP. The bus schedule will be posted on this website closer to the event. Friday night's welcome party is a short uber or drive away. Free parking is available at all venues.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we would love to have everyone included, only children listed on your formal invitation and online RSVPs are invited to the weekend's events.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding will begin promptly at five o'clock. Please plan to be in your seats by 4:45pm. Parking is available across the street from the church on the corner of Queens Rd and Hopedale Ave.

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception is at Quail Hollow Club. When you arrive at the club, you will enter the cocktail hour space at the Pavilion, the area outside to the left of the club house. The reception will be in the main ballroom.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The majority of events will take place indoors. The cocktail hour is at the Pavilion at Quail Hollow and will be both indoor and outdoor on grass.
