We recommend booking hotels ASAP!
Our wedding is on Labor Day and student move-in weekend, so we recommend booking hotels early! The main hotel block is at Hyatt House, with an additional discount code for Hilton Garden Inn. But there are plenty of other hotels in the area (Westin, Residence Inn, Hampton Inn, etc.) that are within a short walk/drive to Hyatt House.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony
August 30, 2025 4:15 pm - 4:45 pm
The shuttle (school buses) will run from the Hyatt House (see below) at 4:15pm and 4:45pm for guests, and is only a ten minute drive. If staying at another hotel nearby, please meet at the Hyatt House lobby for shuttle transportation. Shuttles from the reception back to Hyatt House will run at 10:15pm and 11pm. If guests are not utilizing the shuttle, please arrive at the park by 5pm to ensure a prompt ceremony start time!
