When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 9th so we can give final numbers to our caterer.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4, so please don’t arrive more than 30 minutes early unless the bride and groom have asked you to be there early. 15 minutes early is more than enough time to come in and find a seat.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a date if you have been given a plus one or if their name is listed on the invitation as well. If your invitation has “and guest” listed you’ve been granted a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only if your invitation says “and family” or if your kids were mentioned by name on the invitation are they welcome.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has a lot that can hold 50 cars. If you’re local and want to carpool with friends/other guests you know please feel free to!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation has been provided from the Hilton Hotel Room Block for guest staying there.
