Venue Site Regional Notes

The Pines at Genesee is located in Genesee, Colorado. This venue does not offer housing accommodations, but is conveniently located outside the Denver metro area. If you're looking for city lodging, great locations include Downtown Denver, Golden, Denver-West, Highlands Ranch, Arvada. This venue is on the main highway into the Rocky Mountains (I-70), so if you're looking for a mountain getaway, great lodging cities include: Genesee, Evergreen, Idaho Springs, Georgetown, Keystone, Silverthorne, etc. There is probably snow in the high country in September, which can impact I-70 travel.

Flight

Denver International Aiport

Denver International (DIA) is the best airport for the Denver Metro area. Many flights are non-stop.

Train

Regional Transportation District (RTD)

RTD has various Light Rail lines from DIA to Union Station in the heart of Denver. The Light Rail has several lines throughout the metro area if you're inclined to take public transport at any point during your visit.
