What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be on August 29, 2026 and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm CST / 5:00 pm EST. Please note that there is also a time change from EST to CST only a few minutes prior to arriving at our venue. So, if the wedding ceremony begins at 4 pm CST, please arrive at 5 pm EST. !!Your GPS will account for the time change on it's on so please be mindful of your arrival time!!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding will be taking place at Mountain Willow Manor in Whitwell, TN. The address is: 1155 Incline Rd Whitwell, TN 37397 Once you arrive you will see signage directing you to the front lawn of the house where the ceremony will be taking place.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by scanning the QR code on your invitation card or visiting our website and selecting the "RSVP" tab.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Our RSVP deadline is July 18, 2026. We ask that you respond by this date so we can provide an accurate final guest count to our vendors. Any RSVPs received after the deadline will be marked as unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding and timely response!

Can I change my RSVP?

Answer

If you need to change your RSVP, please contact us directly. Our catering deadline is due a few weeks prior to our date so any last-minute changes must be communicated effectively.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests as seen on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Will children be allowed?

Answer

Yes, your children are allowed. However, please be mindful that only children listed on invites are allowed at our venue due to capacity constraints.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Directions to the venue can be found in the location section of our wedding website or the address can be seen under the second question in the FAQ section. Please follow your GPS for accurate navigation.

Where will I park?

Answer

There is more than enough parking available at our wedding venue to accommodate your vehicle. Please note that overnight parking at our venue is not allowed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail. We ask that women wear a midi to full length dress or skirt and men wear dress slacks with a button down or polo. Please refrain from wearing shorts, jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops. Please see the dress code section of our website for references to appropriate attire.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be taking place outdoors while our reception will be indoors. Please note that the ceremony seating will be on grass so thin heels are not recommended for women.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible if there is a food allergy and we will make accommodations.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry can be found here, on our wedding website. While we are beyond grateful for any and all gifts we may receive, most of our registry is dedicated to compiling a honeymoon fund so we can travel as we do already live together. We do not expect anything from anyone, and your presence means more than anything else.
