When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than October 1st, 2025. Reminder — you can RSVP here on our website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that all guests arrive to the venue by 4:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask all guests dress in semi-formal attire. Reminder — fall nights in the mountains can definitely get chilly! Don't forget to bring a coat.

Can I record/take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask you put your phones be put away and turned off during the ceremony. We have found an incredible photography team to capture our big day, and we promise to share the photos! You are welcome to take photos during the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has ample parking available. Please note, should you choose to get a rideshare such as Uber or Lyft, we highly recommend scheduling it in advance! As we are outside of Asheville, rideshare options are limited.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We want to ensure all of our guests get to enjoy the incredible menu we have selected. The formal invitation will be accompanied by an RSVP card. Whether you RSVP here on our website or through the mail, we ask you include your dinner choice, along with any specific dietary restrictions. Please let us know if you have any allergies so we can share that information with our caterers!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! The best gift we could ask for is your presence on our big day. With that being said, should you feel so inclined, under the registry tab you'll find several options — Zola / Amazon / etc. Our honeymoon funds (on the Zola registry) are our preferred gifts!
