Trent and Sarah first met in 2016 in Gatlinburg, while on their fall break trip at the University of Dayton. They quickly became good friends and were lucky enough to be apart of the same friend group at UD. In 2018, when the timing was right, they finally started dating. Trent, being the true romantic he is, asked Sarah to be his girlfriend on the beaches of Daytona (likely after a few beers and corn dogs on the board walk). After graduating from UD, they thankfully did not have to date long distance. Sarah moved to the Southside to start physical therapy school at the University of Pittsburgh, and Trent moved back to Fox Chapel. Here, is where Trent convinced Sarah to join the Steeler fan base and channel her inner yinzer. In early 2022, they made the move to Columbus together, where Sarah works as a pelvic health physical therapist and Trent works in tech for NetStock. Sarah is still trying to convince Trent to join the Buckeye fandom. In April of 2023, Trent popped the question on their first solo trip to San Diego on the gorgeous Sunset Cliffs. Sarah was thoroughly impressed that Trent planned the whole thing, including hiring a photographer, without her knowing (she may or may not be the type A in the relationship). They are so excited to celebrate their special day with all of their people..cheers!!
