How long has Sarah and Travis been together?
Answer
Over 6 years. It will be exactly 6.5 years and 2 days on our wedding day. We have known each other since 2014 but began dating in 2017.

Why May 18th?
Answer
May 18 holds a special place in our hearts, but there were some practical reasons, too. We began dating on November 16th, 2017, which happens to be opening day of dear season. We wanted to keep the anniversary close to the original date, but I wanted Travis and his family to attend the wedding :). We decided to do the half year mark of May 16th, but May 16th, 2024 is a Thursday, so we decided Saturday the 18th would be perfect. That also happens to be my great grandparent's wedding anniversary, and the two of them were together for over 60 years! May 16th is also my grandparent's wedding anniversary, and on May 16th, 2024, the two will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary.

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. Arriving at 2:30 to find your seats would be perfect!

We are welcoming guests 16 years of age and older. The venue does not have as many accommodations for children.

...What's with all the ducks?

We're so glad you asked! Our first date as an official couple was at the 2017 Sargento Christmas Party. It was Travis' first year attending and he did not know as many people, so they ventured through the venue, which was a hotel. There was an arcade with a rubber duck claw machine and that is where Sarah discovered her hidden talent! The two had a blast playing the machine. That night she won 11 ducks and the two now have a collection of 102 on display in their dining room. It's a cute little tradition.
