Travis and Sarah matched on Bumble in November 2020. Sarah was living in Boulder, Colorado and in her second year of law school and Travis was living in Lyons, Colorado mountain biking pretty much every day. After exchanging some messages, they decided to meet on Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado to go for a walk. They met at Trident to get some tea and coffee and ended up walking for 2 miles and landing at Flower Child to grab lunch! After walking back to their cars, Travis was eager to ask Sarah to go on another date. Since then, Travis and Sarah have gone on many adventures including, backpacking with Betty (Travis's tripod puppy), many trips to home to Wisconsin and Texas, soaking in hot springs at Avalanche Ranch, taking road trips to Santa Fe, attending an Olympic Game, taking the bar exam (Sarah did this one, but Travis supported her every step of the way), escaping escape rooms, and many more (and more to come!). While on their adventure in Paris and after walking for 2 hours after midnight, Travis proposed to Sarah in front of the Louvre!
