we're getting married!

We both attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where we had many friends in common but didn't officially meet until one night out in Uptown Charlotte. Travis had graduated the previous Spring and Sarah was finishing up her Student Teaching semester. At the end of the frigid evening while waiting for Ubers, Travis finally got the courage to walk up to Sarah and offer her his jacket. Sarah, always freezing, took the jacket and gave Travis her number in exchange. There was some confusion the next day, as Sarah saved her number under the name 'Me' in Travis's phone. After figuring this out, Travis asked her on a date and 3 years later would be asking her to be his wife!
