Tommy and Sarah’s story begins in the Paris of Northeastern Pennsylvania at The University of Scranton. After being introduced through friends on a night out toward the end of the Fall 2016 semester, there was an instant connection. Sarah studied abroad in Rome the following Spring, but when she returned to Scranton in Fall 2017 she quickly reconnected with Tommy and it’s been love ever since. Through long distance, a global pandemic, and rivalries between Philadelphia and New York sports teams, Tommy and Sarah have continued to make each other laugh and support one another over seven years together. On February 24th, 2024, Tommy and Sarah met friends out for drinks and dinner in Old City Philadelphia. On the walk to dinner through Washington Square Park, Tommy proposed and Sarah said yes! Tommy and Sarah are grateful for the love and support from their family and friends throughout their relationship. They cannot wait to celebrate with friends and family on November 1st!
