Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 15, 2024. If you do not RSVP by that time we will have to regretfully mark you as “Not Attending.” We need to provide the venue with the total guest count in a timely manner.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to guest number restrictions, we are only inviting children of immediate family and children under 2. Your invite will read “The _____ Family” if children are invited.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask that you wear dressy casual. Dark jeans are okay for men. No shorts or flip flops. We ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, and white. For our out of state guests: Please keep an eye on the weather and keep in mind that it often cools down once the sun sets. Bring a jacket if you tend to get cold.

Unfortunately, due to guest number restrictions we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 P.M. Please by 3:45 P.M. to allow for time for parking and to be seated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking all around the lake as well at up at the lodge. When you get to the gate tell the attendant that you are here for the Jacobs/Phipps wedding and you will get a free day pass. There may be a little bit of a walk and parking may be busier than normal due to Labor Day weekend so please plan accordingly. There is a shuttle that runs between the lodge up top and the lake.
