When we found out we were expecting our sweet son Henry in July 2025 we had already done all of the things; fallen madly in love, picked out rings, talked about the dream house and the dream life. Expecting a baby shifted our priorities a bit and we made the timeline ours. We got engaged at Garden of the Gods in August 2025 with our two German Shepherds Aspen and Timber by our side. In September 2025 we decided that we would buy a brand new house in Elizabeth, Colorado and we got to watch the entire build process. In December 2025 we went on a babymoon to a nature hotel in the mountains, one last trip as a family of two. When we returned from our trip we got to sign and move into our new home. In January 2026 we officially became the Wellenc's and we celebrated with close family. March 20, 2026 we welcomed our greatest blessing yet, our sweet son Henry. We never imagined how in love we could possibly be with a little human that is half of each of us. We have been loving and thiving in parenthood over the last few months and we cannot wait for you to meet our boy in September.
