Not necessarily black tie, but we do appreciate a good out fit and some razzle dazzle! The 'vibe' is rustic elegance - simple yet effective! We would recommend a shawl or jacket for women because of the time of year. Though, shawls will be available at the venue.
We will not be populating a wedding registry of items.
The bar stays open from 6:00PM - 1:00AM. It does not close over dinner. There will be choices of beer (of course, Coors Lights to name one!), liquors, wines by The Hare Wine Co., soft drinks and coffee/tea.
Dinner is catered by The Prince of Wales Hotel - it will be served around 7:00PM. It is a set menu (Kale Salad as appetizer, Beef Tenderloin dish as a main, and a dessert). If you are gluten free or vegetarian, please advise us PRIOR to September 1, 2026.
The Ceremony and Reception are STEPS! away from each other. It is a smaller, unique venue with lots of personality! Way finding is very easy around the venue.
If you have been afforded a plus one, than by all means! We are having a small, intimate wedding of close family and friends, so it will be by direct invite only from the couple.
If you have to ask this, than do you even know us? Of course. Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!
We like your faces, not your phones! Please have phones put away and on silent for the ceremony. Otherwise, do as you please. The evening will be documented by a wonderful photographer, though.
We will be taking a few additional photos with family over the cocktail hour, following the ceremony. The ceremony should be 30min max (5:30PM-6:00PM). Cocktail hour will include snacks, drinks lawn games! Note: you may be video interviewed by our bridal party during this time, so, stay on your toes!
Parking is available on site and steps away from the ceremony and reception area. You CAN leave your car overnight, but do remember that The Hare Wine Co. is a working winery, so you will have a walk of shame Sunday AM with the sunday funday wine drinkers (something your beloved couple is very used to - no judgment!). Please arrive 5:00PM-5:15PM. If you are late, please wait to enter after the ceremony to avoid any disturbances to our special time. Or, just dont be late...but we understand things happen!
