What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are asking people to arrive 30 minutes prior to ceremony time, so around 3:00pm.

How long of a drive can I expect?

Answer

As current road construction is underway, please plan for a potential delay of up to 30 minutes. The estimated drive time from Reno/Tahoe International is 1 hour. The estimated drive time from Carson City is 1 hour and 30 minutes. The estimated drive time from Gardnerville is 2 hours.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: casual/formal dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets/collared shirts. Please no white dresses or jeans!

Where will we park?

Answer

There is designated parking on site.

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We are kindly asking our guests to keep cell phones away and silenced during the ceremony, allowing our photographer to take all the amazing photos!

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

We will be providing basic alcoholic beverages and a small assortment of sodas, however, no hard alcohol will be provided. You are able to bring your own beverages if there is something specific you are wishing to enjoy at our wedding.

Is childcare provided?

No. Childcare will not be provided, so please plan accordingly for care.

Am I able to stay the night?

Answer

Yes! Onsite lodging will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Please see lodging tab for more information.

What kind of weather am I expecting?

Answer

In April, it is commonly mid 60s here with potential for rain or snow.

Will the pool and hot tub be open?

Answer

Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub are closed during this season.
