COVID-19 and FAQ's

We will keep this section updated with the latest information about COVID, as well as, answers to commonly asked questions. We are hopeful that infection rates will be on the decline by October and are planning on a perfect day on October 17th!
Question

What measures will be in place if I am concerned about COVID?

Answer

Masks are required and encouraged inside unless eating or drinking. The church seats over 800 and will be professionally sanitized before the ceremony. Anyone who wishes to social distance will have plenty of room to spread out for the wedding ceremony. The reception venue is also very large, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas, and we are well under the maximum capacity of 600. There will be plenty of space to spread out if you choose. The reception will include five separate food stations that will be available when you arrive and for several hours afterwards so guests may choose to eat at their leisure. Food can be taken to any of the indoor or outdoor areas to eat if you choose to social distance. We will be working closely with both venues as the time gets closer to ensure that we do all we can to make this a safe and enjoyable day!

Question

What transportation options are available?

Answer

Both the church and the reception venue have plenty of on site parking so driving your personal car or carpooling with other guests will be convenient and easy. Uber and Lyft both have good coverage in the area if you choose not to drive. Depending on the number of guests that book under the blocks at the two selected hotels, you may be able to arrange for shuttle service to and from the reception only. The church is outside of the service area. Check with the hotel when you arrive if you are interested in arranging for a shuttle.
