We're Getting Married!

Their story started at home—literally. Sarah and Steven met at their apartment complex, only to realize they were living just three floors apart. Of course, Sarah already knew of Steven—the cute new cop in the building—and had definitely taken notice. The only problem? The timing wasn’t quite right… yet. Fast forward to June 2025, when the stars finally aligned and Steven was single. Sarah decided to take matters into her own hands (as any good love story requires) and slid into his Instagram messages—casually asking about his dog and pretending she needed training advice for a dog she definitely didn’t need help with. Steven, luckily, played along. After a few conversations (and a successful number exchange), they found themselves at the same baseball game, where Sarah confidently walked right up to him—much to his surprise. Not long after, Steven planned their first date: sushi and espresso martinis at his place. Somewhere between the first sip and the last laugh, Sarah had a feeling this was something special. Their second date took things up a notch with a ferry ride to 3 Westerly Bar & Grill—setting the tone for a relationship full of adventure. On July 25, 2025, Steven officially asked Sarah to be his girlfriend, and from that moment on, it was nonstop laughter, new experiences, and building a life together. By August, they welcomed their sweet pup Tilly Beans, who quickly became best friends with Gunner. In October, Steven took his first-ever trip to Disney with Sarah’s family—and let’s just say, he returned a full-fledged Disney fan. Then came April 11, 2026. What Sarah thought was just a beautiful day at Brotherhood Winery turned into the surprise of a lifetime when Steven got down on one knee and asked her to marry him—followed by an unforgettable celebration with their families. Now, just like their story began—close to home, full of heart, and a little unexpected—they’re ready to start their next chapter together and can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.
